Taper ("we") provides AI endurance coaching delivered by text message. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
When you join the waitlist we collect your phone number and, optionally, your race and race date. That's it. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising trackers on this site.
By submitting the waitlist form you consent to receive text messages from Taper about your waitlist place and product launch. You'll receive one confirmation message, then nothing until the founding cohort opens. Message frequency after launch depends on the plan you choose. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Your phone number is used only to send the messages described above. Your race information helps us prioritize wearable integrations and invite athletes in a sensible order. We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.
Messages are delivered through Twilio, our SMS provider. Waitlist entries are stored with Netlify, our hosting provider. Both process your data only to provide these services.
Waitlist data is kept until launch invitations are complete or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. To have your data deleted, text STOP or email hello@taper.coach and we'll confirm removal within 7 days.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll note it here and, if you're on the waitlist, tell you by text before the change applies.
